Hi! I'm Tracy, Great to meet you!
As heart centered entrepreneurs we are always improving our skills to perform at our best for clients. The thing is, I often find that many of us struggle behind the scenes with a brutal inner critic who destroys our best efforts and impacts our emotional, and mental health.

In 2015 I discovered a unique process I take every client through to overcome their most challenging limitations. As I began to more consciously integrate my process with healthy habits for myself and my business it began to immensely support me through extreme times - like the pandemic.

My process helped me overcome depression without turning to medication. I surrendered & trusted the process of life while taking consistent action in business, using my intuition, and actively designing my life to sustain a joyful future.

The key is having a commitment to Joy.

Now I consistently connect to what matters most for my body, mind, heart & spirit to thrive.. then the money comes & that's what I'm here to guide you to.
